How you work with a crew, scored on six EASA pilot competencies: the same framework assessors use in the group exercise and the interview.

Who it's for, and why

An aptitude test shouldn't be the first time you see the task.

Who it's for

  • First-time applicants to airline cadet programmes
  • Candidates for flight schools with an entry test or interview
  • Career changers who left school maths and physics years ago
  • Anyone reapplying after a cooldown period

Why we built it

Selection tests measure speed and accuracy on task types most people have never tried: rotated clocks, spoken arithmetic, tracking while multitasking. These improve with practice.

Books can explain a task, but they can't put you against the clock. Cadet Ready generates new questions on every run, so you train the method instead of memorising answers.

How it works

  1. Pick an exercise and a levelEasy, Standard or Hard. Standard matches test conditions.
  2. Read the debriefYour score, and every question with the right answer.
  3. Run a full assessment dayTests back to back, with one combined report.

The exercises

Every stage of selection, in the formats you're likely to meet.

Different test systems use different formats, but they all measure the same abilities. Train each one until it's automatic.

Questions

Before you start

Are these the real aptitude tests?

No. Test providers don't publish their tests, and nobody can legally sell them. Every exercise here is original and generates new questions each run, built on the task types candidates report from airline and flight-school assessments.

What's the difference between Cadet Core and Cadet Complete?

Cadet Core has 12 of the 22 exercises: numbers and logic, maths and physics, English, perception and memory, and Turned Clock. Cadet Complete has all 22, adding instruments, hand-eye coordination, multitasking and tracking, plus the judgement, group exercise and interview trainers, the Assessment Day and all six guides. If your selection includes coordination or multitasking tests, choose Cadet Complete.

Which programmes does this prepare me for?

Airline cadet programmes and flight schools with an aptitude stage. The test systems differ, but they measure the same abilities. The Aptitude Test Guide explains the main systems and what ten programmes publish about their selection.

Do I need a computer?

Most exercises work on a phone. The coordination exercises (Wing Leveler, Multitask, Adapt, Target Tracking) and Reaction Check need a keyboard or mouse, like the real tests. The Interview Trainer can record you with your camera; recordings stay on your device.

How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?

Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No reason needed.

How do I cancel?

From your account page at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Can preparation guarantee I pass?

No. Preparation helps you perform at your best, but airlines and schools make their own decisions.
